An investigation has been launched by SafeWork NSW following the death of a young boy at a Sydney school on Wednesday.The 10-year-old boy died after being trapped under a lift in Wahroonga at around 2pm.Police and emergency services attended and the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.Read more here.…
