Rider airlifted to hospital after rolling quad bike in Otago

A rider was flown to the hospital following a quad bike rollover in Otago on Wednesday afternoon.

Police said they were called to the incident in Middlemarch at around 3.20pm.

The rider was airlifted to the hospital with injuries ranging from moderate to serious.

WorkSafe has been informed.
