Should I wait for the app before buying?
No need. Templates you buy here will be free to claim in the app, so you won't pay for them twice.
Do I need a paid plan to keep my templates?
No. Claiming is free, with no plan or card, and your templates stay with your organisation.
What can I do on the Free plan?
You can tailor as many copies as you need and run one active job at a time. Archive a job to start the next one. Free also includes 5 team members, and your crew signs from a link or QR code.
What if my template isn't in the app yet?
We're moving the library across in stages. Any template that isn't there yet stays on your claim and is added when it's ready.
What about my Word files?
They're yours to keep, so save them when you buy. Download links expire 21 days after purchase. In the app, you edit online and download a PDF.
Does my logo carry over?
Your branded Word files stay as they are. In the app, your own branding starts on the Bronze plan.
