Rider flown to hospital after fall from horse

A woman is recuperating in hospital after sustaining serious injuries in a horse fall in the South Burnett region.

The woman in her 40s suffered multiple injuries in the Tuesday morning incident in Nanango.

She was flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a serious condition by a LifeFlight Rescue chopper.
