JSA Template - Simple & Easy to Use

Our organisation was using a cumbersome JSA template which was incorporated a complex risk assessment matrix. SafetyCulture's template is consistent with the risk assessment matrix used in the SWMS template which creates consistency across our WHS documents.

    JSA rewiew

This generic JSA format would be an advantage to any worker conducting work activities and has a good guidance cover sheet, how ever it falls short of identifying who is monitoring the controls in place and ensuring that they remain effective, if anything the persons who complete and are involved in contributing to this form must really understand how to identify hazards and their associated risks through formal recognised training. Other than that its better than some JSA's available
