Worker dies after being pinned between truck and trailer in Christchurch

A worker has been fatally injured after being pinned between a truck and a trailer in Christchurch.

Police said the incident happened on Monday afternoon.

Paramedics attended but the worker was pronounced dead at the scene.

WorkSafe NZ is conducting an investigation into the cause of the incident.
