Two men killed in tragic workplaces incidents in WA

Two workers lost their lives in unrelated workplace incidents in Western Australia on Thursday.

In Katanning, a man died after falling from a roof at about 9.40am.

He was transported to Katanning Hospital and subsequently airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital, where he passed away.

Within hours, a second man perished after being crushed by a prime mover he was operating under in Narrikup, south east of Perth.

WorkSafe is conducting an investigation into both incidents.
