Truck trailer incident leaves Brisbane boy critically injured

A teenage boy was critically injured after being struck by a truck's trailer on a private property in Brisbane on Friday morning.

The incident took place in Fig Tree Pocket at around 7am.

Paramedics administered urgent treatment to the teenager for severe pelvic injuries before transporting him to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

The incident is currently under investigation by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.
