Teen killed in Perth workplace incident

A Perth teen has died in hospital after a workplace incident on Thursday morning.

The 16-year-old boy was severely injured while working at a Welshpool business at around 8am.

He was rushed to hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.

WorkSafe is investigating the fatal incident.
