NSW Resources Regulator prepares for annual safety initiative

In an effort to enhance mine safety, the NSW Resources Regulator will be launching its annual High-Visibility Campaign this month.

The Regulator says the main objective of this campaign is to closely examine significant incidents that have occurred at both underground and surface mines across the State.

The Regulator adds that the focus will be on assessing the effectiveness of control measures put in place to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
