Melbourne teacher killed in 3m fall from roof

A Melbourne teacher has passed away following a fall from a school roof on Thursday afternoon.

WorkSafe Victoria said the 61-year-old man was collecting balls from the roof when he plunged over three metres through a skylight onto the concrete floor below.

He was rushed to the hospital with severe head injuries and unfortunately succumbed to them on Friday.

WorkSafe is investigating the incident.
