Man flown to hospital following farming incident in Queensland
A man in his 40s was flown to hospital in a critical condition after a farming incident in south-east Queensland on Sunday morning. He fell from a stack of hay bales, allegedly struck by a falling bale while carrying out farm work.
LifeFlight was called to the Toowoomba region at about 8.40am. The aeromedical crew joined forces with local QAS paramedics to treat chest injuries on scene, then airlifted the patient to Toowoomba Hospital.
