Crop-duster pilot killed in NSW crash

A pilot has died in a crop-duster crash in western New South Wales.

The crash was reported to emergency services at around 7.50am on Saturday.

Upon arrival, officers discovered the wreckage of the crop-dusting aircraft.

Despite the best efforts of paramedics, the 47-year-old, who was the only person on board, sadly passed away at the scene.

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau will investigate the crash and compile a report for the coroner.
