Workplace incident sends Gold Coast man to hospital

A man is recovering in hospital following a workplace incident on the Gold Coast.

The man in his 50s suffered spinal injuries after being run over by a truck on Sunday afternoon.

He was rushed to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is investigating.
