Worker dies after being trapped under forklift in Sydney's west

A man has been killed in a workplace incident in Sydney's west.  The man died after becoming trapped under a forklift on Monday morning. Police were called to the incident just after 6.30 am.

SafeWork NSW is investigating the incident.
