Worker dies after being trapped in machinery at Katanning

WorkSafe WA is investigating a fatal workplace incident at a meat processing plant in Katanning.

A worker died after becoming trapped in machinery on Saturday afternoon.

WorkSafe inspectors visited the scene soon after the incident and returned the following day.
