Victoria’s health and safety champions have been celebrated: WorkSafe Victoria has revealed the winners of the 2025 WorkSafe Awards, recognising individuals and organisations protecting workers across the state.

Resilience, creativity and leadership take centre stage

WorkSafe Victoria says the central theme of the 2025 WorkSafe Awards was inspiring tales of resilience, creativity, and leadership.

WorkSafe Chief Executive Officer Cathy Henderson lauded the award finalists for their inventive and proactive methods in confronting health and safety concerns in the work environment.

“The quality of this year’s entries was outstanding and I want to congratulate all of our finalists along with the worthy award winners,” Ms Henderson said.

“It’s inspiring to hear stories of resilience from those who have returned to work after injury and see the meaningful contribution of those dedicated to protecting the health and safety of their colleagues and workers across Victoria.”
