Truckie flown to hospital after Queensland crash

A woman in her 50s has been flown to hospital after the truck she was driving left the road and crashed into a tree on Sunday morning.

The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called to the incident in South East Queensland at around 5am.

The truck driver was treated by ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital for further treatment.

Police and fire crews also attended the incident.
