Tragic quad bike incident claims life of man in Canterbury

A man has been killed in a quad bike incident in Canterbury, New Zealand.

Emergency services were alerted to the incident on a property in Waimate just after 8pm on Saturday.

Police confirmed that a man was found at the scene and unfortunately passed away.

It is believed the man died after rolling his quad bike.
