Teen worker critically injured after being struck by wooden sheet in Perth

A teenager is in hospital with serious injuries after a workplace incident in Henderson.

The 16-year-old boy was hit by a wooden sheet on September 13.

He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital, where he was placed in a coma.

His family says he is responding well to treatment.

WorkSafe has launched an investigation to determine the cause of the incident.
