SafeWork SA investigates after fatal workplace incident at Monash

SafeWork SA is conducting an investigation following a fatal workplace incident at Monash last week.

A 41-year old man suffered serious injuries in an incident involving a vehicle on Wednesday afternoon.

The man died at the scene.
