Safe Work Australia updates work-related fatality data for this year

Safe Work Australia's most recent data discloses that 29 Australian workers have been killed at work this year.

Transport postal and warehousing industry has the highest number of fatalities at 7, followed by the Agriculture forestry and fishing industry with 6 fatalities.

The construction sector comes in third place, reporting five work-related deaths. Public administration and safety industry has experienced 3 fatalities, while Mining and Manufacturing have each witnessed 2 workplace fatalities.
