Rider flown to hospital after crashing quad bike in south-east Queensland

The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue chopper flew a man to the hospital following a quad bike incident on Wednesday afternoon.

The man was riding his quad bike through a national park in south-east Queensland at the time of the incident.

The rescue chopper was dispatched to the scene at about 3:30pm.

The man received treatment for several suspected fractures before being flown to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
