Regulator releases casual investigation report into misfire incident

The NSW Resources Regulator has released a causal investigation report into a misfire incident at a central west NSW mine in May.

No one was injured as a result of the explosion, which was caused by an unexpected initiation of electronic explosive detonators.

NSW Resources Regulator said, "the report includes our investigation into the incident and our recommendations to industry."
