One dead after workplace incident in New Zealand

A person has died after a workplace incident in Ōmokoroa.

Police say they were alerted to the incident at Te Kaka Place Road just after 1.15 pm on Wednesday.

The person died at the scene.

WorkSafe has been notified of the incident.
