NSW Resources Regulator releases compliance priorities

The NSW Resources Regulator has published the compliance priorities for the second half of 2022. The report highlights the regulator’s key compliance priorities for the next six months- July to December 2022.

By publishing the report, the Resources Regulator “aims to increase transparency, community and industry confidence in our regulatory activities, and increase levels of voluntary compliance.”
