NSW Resources Regulator probing fatal mine incident north of Lightning Ridge

The NSW Resources Regulator has commenced an investigation following a fatal incident at a mine north of Lightning Ridge last week.

The Resources Regulator said safety inspectors had been sent to the site following the incident.

“As the investigation is underway, no further information is available at this time,” the Resources Regulator said.
