NSW mine operators urged to submit annual WHS reports

The NSW Resources Regulator reminds mine operators to submit their work health and safety reports.

The NSW Resources Regulator said, “The annual work health and safety reports for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 are now available on the Resources Regulator Portal for mine operators to submit.”

Section 126 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation 2022, requires mine operators to submit their safety reports once per year.

Work health and safety reports provide details of work-related incidents and injuries at the mine during the reporting period.
