Melbourne worker fatally electrocuted after lift hits power lines

WorkSafe is probing a fatal scissor lift incident that occurred in Melbourne last week.

A 34-year-old man was reportedly working on a scissor lift when it struck overhead power lines on Monday afternoon.

WorkSafe statistics reveal that there have been 20 fatalities at work during this year.
