Man receives fatal electric shock after crane touches powerlines at Auckland worksite

WorkSafe has opened an investigation after a man suffered fatal electrocution at an Auckland worksite on August 5.

The man died after a raised crane contacted powerlines.

Emergency services performed CPR but they could not save the man.

He died at the scene.
