Man killed in quad bike rollover near Mackay

A man in his 60s has died after the quad bike he was riding tumbled down an embankment and landed in a creek in central Queensland.

Police said they found the man trapped under the quad bike on Thursday evening.

The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Emergency services, including a rescue chopper were sent to the scene following the incident.
