Man hospitalised after chainsaw incident

A man has been flown to hospital after an incident involving a chainsaw in the Lockyer Valley region.

The man injured himself with a chainsaw after falling from a ladder on Sunday afternoon.

RACQ LifeFlight Rescue chopper landed at the scene just after 1.30pm.

The man was treated at the scene before being flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
