Man flown to hospital after tractor incident

The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter crew has flown a man to hospital, after he was injured in an incident involving a tractor in South-East Queensland.

The man was operating a tractor in the Scenic Rim region when the vehicle struck a tree branch. He became trapped between the tractor and the branch following the Sunday morning incident.

The man in his 80s was flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with chest injuries.

He was transported in a stable condition.
