Man dies after being crushed by machinery at South Australian workplace

A man was fatally crushed by machinery at a South Australian workplace on Friday morning.

Emergency crews were sent to the scene at about 7.15am.

It is understood the 30-year-old man was crushed by a dump truck.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.

SafeWork SA is investigating the death.
