Man charged with manslaughter over workplace death at St Marys

NSW Police have charged a man with manslaughter following an incident in which a worker was pinned against a truck early last year.

Police charged the 59-year-old man after an extensive investigation into the fatal incident at a St Marys business on 1 February 2021.

Police will allege that the man was operating the forklift at the time of the incident.

The man was due to appear in court on 12 July 2022.
