Investigations launched after workers suffers burns in Brisbane workplace incident

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) is investigating an incident that injured two men, one of them severely, due to chemical burns on Wednesday morning.

Ambulance paramedics were alerted to the incident in Acacia Ridge at about 10.39am.

The two men, both in their forties, sustained chemical burns on various parts of their bodies and were attended to by paramedics before being conveyed to the hospital for additional treatment.
