Gold Coast man hospitalised after roof fall

A man was taken to hospital in serious condition after he fell from a house roof on the Gold Coast.

Emergency services responded to the incident at Broadbeach Waters just before 9 am on Saturday.

The man in his 50s was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment.
