Emergency services called to Ohauti after serious workplace incident

A person was seriously injured in a workplace incident at Ohauiti on Thursday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the incident at Hollister Lane at about 3.30 pm.

A rescue chopper was also tasked.

The worker was flown to hospital in critical condition.

WorkSafe has been notified.
