Charges over fatal workplace incident at Melbourne depot

WorkSafe Vic has laid charges following the death of a worker at a Melbourne depot in October 2020.

A transport company faces three charges under the Victorian OHS Act for safety lapses that led to the death of a 65-year-old man in Yarraville.

The man died after being run over by a truck.

The company will appear in court later this month.
