Workplaces urged to participate in SafeWork SA activities during National Safe Work Month

A number of SafeWork SA activities including webinars, a mock trial and workplace competitions have been lined up for this year’s National Safe Work Month in October. 

SafeWork SA encourages workers and employers to take part in activities that promote workplace health and safety.

Safe Work Australia statistics show 169 Australian workers died on the job in 2021. 

The theme for this year’s National Safe Work Month is ‘For everyone’s safety, work safely’ reminding everyone to prioritise health and safety in the workplace.
