Quad bike rider injured in Mount Archer crash

RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted a man to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital after he was injured in a quad bike crash in southeast Queensland.

The incident happened about 10 am on Wednesday morning.

The man in his 40s suffered pelvic and abdominal injuries after falling off his quad bike in Mount Archer.

He was treated at the scene before being flown to hospital in a stable condition.
