WorkSafe WA launches investigations after two workers killed in separate incidents

Two men have been killed in workplace incidents that occurred within hours of each other in Western Australia.

WorkSafe is currently looking into the circumstances surrounding both incidents.

The first incident occurred in Dalwallinu, where a man in his 20s sustained fatal injuries in a forklift incident around 12.40pm on Wednesday.

In the second incident, a 32-year-old man was crushed to death while working at a construction site in O'Connor at about 2.40pm on the same day.
