WorkSafe Victoria accepting nominations for the 36th annual WHS awards

Victorian workplaces and individuals who are making progress in workplace health and safety are encouraged to share their experiences by participating in the 2025 WorkSafe Awards.

The awards honour accomplishments that mitigate harm in workplaces across Victoria, recognising employers, employees, or teams that have averted health and safety hazards and assisted injured individuals in their return to work.

According to Ash West, the Chief Executive of WorkSafe, the annual awards highlight the efforts made in workplace safety and act as a forum for discussing new methods to tackle complex hazards.

"This is an opportunity to celebrate the inspiring creativity, care and compassion of Victorian employers whose commitment to workplace health and safety benefits the entire community,” Mr West said.

“If you’ve taken steps to reduce workplace harm, we want to hear about your solutions and stories of going above and beyond.”
