WorkSafe Awards finalists showcase exceptional safety achievements

WorkSafe Victoria says the 16 finalists for next month’s WorkSafe Awards have a common goal of creating safer and healthier workplaces.

WorkSafe received 100 entries from businesses and individuals across the State for the 2023 edition. The safety regulator selected 16 finalists for six award categories that recognise outstanding achievements in workplace health and safety.

WorkSafe Chief Executive Officer Joe Calafiore said, "Our finalists represent a diverse range of industries and include businesses, health and safety representatives, and people who have returned to work after injury."

The winners of the annual safety awards will be announced next month.
