Worker transported to hospital after airport fall
An airline employee has been admitted to the hospital after plummeting about 5 meters from an aerobridge at a Sydney Airport.
Emergency services were sent to the scene at approximately 12:30pm on Saturday.
The worker, thought to be a female in her 40s, received initial assistance from emergency responders.
Following the fall, the worker incurred head injuries and was later conveyed to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
SafeWork NSW is investigating the incident.
