Worker suffers fatal injuries in Waikato

A tragic workplace incident in Cambridge has claimed the life of a person.

Emergency responders were summoned to a business premises on Peake Rd on Tuesday afternoon.

A police spokesperson said WorkSafe has been notified about the incident.

The workplace safety regulator confirmed it has sent inspectors to the scene.
