Worker succumbs to burn injuries after Brisbane electrocution incident

A worker has passed away due to severe burn injuries sustained from an electrocution incident in Brisbane.

The 30-year-old man from Sunshine Coast succumbed to his injuries a few days after the incident occurred.

The paramedics reported that the man was in a critical condition and needed resuscitation before being transferred to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is conducting an investigation into the incident.
