Worker flown to hospital with severe burns after houseboat generator explodes in South Australia

A man sustained severe burns while performing maintenance on a houseboat due to a generator explosion.

The incident occurred in Paringa just after 10.15am on Tuesday.

The man, aged in his 50s, sustained serious facial burns and was transported by air to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for medical care.

Another man was also transported to a nearby hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
