Worker flown to hospital after being run over by tractor on Queensland farm

The LifeFlight helicopter has airlifted a man to hospital after a tractor incident in the Gympie region on Thursday morning.

LifeFlight said the man in his 40s was working on a farm when he was run over by a tractor.

He sustained multiple injuries during the incident. The injured man was able to drive himself to a neighbouring property to seek help.

The rescue chopper was called to the scene at about 8.30am to transport the injured man to hospital.
