Worker dies at waste and recycling facility in Sydney

A worker has died following an incident at a waste and recycling facility south-west of Sydney.

Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, near Engadine, around midday on Tuesday.

Efforts by police and ambulance paramedics to revive the man were unsuccessful, leading to his death.

The incident has been reported to SafeWork NSW.
